At Sims Blossoms, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Exchange Policy:
We offer exchange only within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging and tags intact.
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
Return Policy:
We do not offer returns or refunds on any products.
Returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect.
Any defective item must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos/videos as proof.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the defective item. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued
Sims Blossoms reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return request that does not meet our policy terms.

Q: How long does it take to process and deliver an order?
A: Orders are usually processed and delivered within 2-3 working days across the UAE. Orders placed before 12 noon can be delivered the next working day.
Cancellations and Exchanges
Q: Can I cancel or exchange my order?
A: While we’re sad to see you unsatisfied, we’re happy to assist you with cancellations or exchanges. Please email us at simmi@simsblossoms.com within 7 days to request a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and unworn, to be eligible for replacement. Customers will be responsible for all shipping fees, including those for replacements.
