A: We curate products from different artists across India, ensuring a diverse and unique collection.
Q: What materials are used in your jewelry?
A: All our jewelry is made from brass metal with either gold or silver plating.
Shopping Experience
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Yes, our physical presence is at our Products Studio in Mudon. Please contact us via email at simmi@simsblossoms.com or on WhatsApp to schedule your appointment.
Gifting Solutions
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Absolutely! Gift cards are a great way to surprise your loved ones. You can purchase them from the Gift Cards section on our website.
Q: Do you offer luxury packaging?
A: Yes, we offer luxury gift box packaging in bespoke boxes or pouches, depending on the type of jewelry ordered. Simply note your request upon checkout, or email us with your order number at simmi@simsblossoms.com and we’ll arrange it for you.
Orders and Payments
Q: How will I know if my order was successful?
A: Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send you an order confirmation email containing your receipt. Make sure to check your junk or spam folder if you can’t find it. If needed, email us at simmi@simsblossoms.com and we’ll resend it to you.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for all orders placed in the UAE. If you’re having trouble paying, please email us at simmi@simsblossoms.com for assistance with alternative payment options.
Cancellations and Exchanges
Q: Can I cancel or exchange my order?
A: While we’re sad to see you unsatisfied, we’re happy to assist you with cancellations or exchanges. Please email us at simmi@simsblossoms.com within 7 days to request a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and unworn, to be eligible for replacement. Customers will be responsible for all shipping fees, including those for replacements.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, enjoy free shipping for all orders above AED 150 within the UAE.
Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: How long does it take to process and deliver an order?
A: Orders are usually processed and delivered within 2-3 working days across the UAE. Orders placed before 12 noon can be delivered the next working day.
